With 26 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Velecia Barrow brings extensive knowledge, experience, and a personal approach to every client she serves. As a founding partner of PMG Home Lending, LLC, she has helped families navigate the mortgage process and achieve their homeownership goals.

Throughout her career, Velecia has worked in a variety of roles within the banking, finance, and mortgage industries, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the lending process from beginning to end. She specializes in finding financing solutions that fit each borrower’s individual needs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and alternative lending programs for self-employed borrowers and other unique financial situations.

Velecia believes the mortgage process should be personal, not transactional. She understands that every borrower’s story is different and takes the time to listen, explain the options, and find solutions that make sense for each individual client. Whether she is helping a first-time homebuyer, an experienced homeowner, or someone with a more complex financial situation, her goal is to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.
